Nirbhaya Rape Case Verdict Declared By Court: The Patiala House Court gave execution orders to each of the four charged convicts in the thrilling Nirbhaya rape case. The judgment finishes the seven-year-long clash of Nirbhaya’s parents who had battled steadily for justice for the case. On December 16, 2012, Nirbhaya was ruthlessly raped and slaughtered in the national capital.

The present decision was articulated by means of a video meeting giving the execution order to all the four denounced who will be hanged to death on January 22.

Prior, media people were approached to leave the court following an allegation by one of the convicts for the case, Akshay asserting that there had been a preliminary by media for the case. He blamed the media for distorting certainties for the case.

In the blink of an eye before the judgment was articulated the station house officer of the Tilak Marg police headquarters was called into the court by the judge.

The accused can now file a curative plea in the Supreme Court and also have the option of filing a mercy petition with the President of India, which is their last hope before they are sent to the gallows.
